Comment | mAb LM13 binds to an arabinase-sensitive pectic epitope.[1] This antibody binds to a specific subset of pectic arabinans, and to longer stretches of 1,5-linked arabinosyl residues that are likely to be more abundant in unbranched arabinans. The binding of LM13 is more sensitive to arabinanase action than LM6/LM17 epitopes.[2] |
